Our CrossFit Kids & Teens program aims to create an excitement about exercising by keeping things fun & focusing on achievement.Our CrossFit Kids Certified Trainers use a combination of skill practice, workouts and games to build strength and conditioning in children and teens. Classes include elements of gymnastics, body weight movements, running, jumping and more—all geared toward kids!

Summer fitness for kids! Our summer program is a weekly half-day program packed with fun, fitness games, workouts, activities and friends. Small group program designed to empower kids in a FUN and energetic environment. Each day will be an adventure. Kids will explore different physical activities that will test their coordination, improve their balance, increase their endurance and show them fitness is fun!
In addition to our year-round CrossFit for Kids & Teens program, we also offer:

• We offer a flexible programs beginning at 1 class per week
• Choose from 1 to 4 classes per week.
• Pre-pay options available.
• Half-day school vacation camp (February & April).
• Half-day summer camp (late June- August).
