Our CrossFit Kids & Teens program aims to create an excitement about exercising by keeping things fun & focusing on achievement.Our CrossFit Kids Certified Trainers use a combination of skill practice, workouts and games to build strength and conditioning in children and teens. Classes include elements of gymnastics, body weight movements, running, jumping and more—all geared toward kids!

We offer a flexible programs beginning at 1 class per week.
• Program is run year-round.
• 1x/wk or 2x/wk. You choose the day(s).
