Trial Class – Get started with our Intro class! Great for anyone that just wants to give CF a try.
Burn – High energy, low impact conditioning class for all levels. This is the perfect class for anyone starting out, getting back into a fitness routine or looking for a low impact class with a great conditioning workout. CFE Burn will help you burn fat and build lean muscle.
CrossFit – all levels, scalable workout with a combination of strength and conditioning workouts.
Youth Fit – Our fitness program for kids and teens! 1x a week or 2x a week – you decide.
Barbell Club – coach led weightlifting or open gym style. It’s up to you. All levels welcome.
