Exercise has also been proven to positively impact mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety and ADHD. Exercise releases endorphins, chemicals that energize a person and improve their mood. Endorphins also relieve tension and stress, producing benefits for both depression and anxiety. Concentration and exercise also have a positive correlation, which helps relieve symptoms of ADHD.

Even if you don’t experience these mental health conditions, your overall mental health would greatly benefit from regular exercise.
