Trial Class – Get started with our Intro class! Great for anyone that just wants to give CF a try.
CF Lite – Do you like the idea of CrossFit, but you’re not sure about all of the heavy lifting? Our CF Lite class is for you! This class bridges the gap between beginner classes/Couch and regular classes. We’ll focus more on technique and conditioning and less on heavy weights. Barbell use will be very limited and never heavy.
Youth Fit – Our fitness program for kids and teens! 1x a week or 2x a week – you decide.
Barbell Club – coach led weightlifting or open gym style. It’s up to you. All levels welcome.
