(BF) beginner friendly classes to help you get started on YOUR fitness journey. 

  • Burn/HIIT  – High energy, low impact conditioning class for all levels. Perfect for starting out or getting back into a routine.
  • CrossFit – all levels, scalable workout with a combination of strength and conditioning workouts.
  • Kids &Teens – Strength, conditioning and confidence building!  
  • 55+ Senior Fitness – Increase muscle strength for daily activities.  Balance, stability, coordination, mobility and flexibility.
  • Skills Class – Each class focuses on a specific skill. Movement breakdowns, progressions, practice and get a greater level of instruction.
