Congrats to Rick on joining the 300 WOD club! He has been CrossFitting for about a year and a half. He has and continues to work hard on improving his lifting techniques. You can find Rick at almost all of our class times during the week! He has reached so many new and impressive PRs! He’s got double-unders and pull-ups and now he’s working towards his newest obstacle….muscle-ups! Rick is always up for a new challenge and in well on his way to 400 WODs!!
