What can we say? We love Sandy! She is our first member and a long-time CrossFit friend who has been workout partners with CFE’s owner Lori, Erin and Ellen (aka the Buttercups) for many, many years. Thanks to CrossFit, this pep squad is very busy encouraging, welcoming and cheering on every athlete at CFE. Sandy sets her goals and meets them very consistently – she even surpassed a few this month when she beat her own personal record for push press AND clean and jerks. Not only was she surprised but the room erupted with cheers (and there were some tears of joy too).

Here’s a little more about Sandy:

Q: CrossFit…

A: is a strength and conditioning program for all types of athletes in a community setting.
