This week’s Member Spotlight, Chris DiTonnois, is a Design Engineer with a passion for living life to the fullest. Chris loves any workout with a squat in it, although he could live without doing Toes to Bar again. Chris loves hockey and he also claims his headstand game is “on point,” much to all of our jealousy. Here’s to Chris, and all of the goals he’ll hit with us soon!

A: 8 Months
Q: Describe your biggest milestone, achievement, or “A-Ha” moment.
A: Most recent PR deadlift, such a rush to hit a goal
Q: What is your favorite cheat meal?
A: Spaghetti and Meatballs
Q: How has CrossFit enriched your life outside the gym?
A: My old suits fit again!
Q: What is the first word that comes to mind when you hear these words?
A: WOD: Beast
Q: What is your favorite quote?
A: No such thing as spare time. No such thing as free time. No such thing as down time. All you got is life time. Go!
Q: One interesting fact about yourself not related to CrossFit.
A: Yoga made sweating fun again. I try to practice at least once a week. My headstand game is on point.
Q: Do you have any advice for people just getting started or new to CrossFit?
A: Don’t worry about your own weight, don’t worry about the weight you’re lifting, just focus on getting stronger. It will all happen.
