Regaining Hip Mobility

Crossfitters, powerlifters, and newbies alike will find that sitting in a car at rush hour, a desk at work, and on the couch at night will reduce hip mobility. This position shortens your hip flexors and lengthens your hip extensors leading to the common posture problems. The coaches at CFE can watch your form and tell you if you have weak hips. The goal of mobility class is to give you ideas on how to prepare for your workouts, cool-down properly and spend time outside of the gym working on your body/position. We’ll to teach you how to work on your position and take care of your body.
