Are you tired of going to the gym and not knowing what to do?
Do you stare at the equipment and think to yourself – “where do I start?”
Would you like to try a fitness program that is challenging with a variety of different workouts?
What is Fit Camp?
Our Fit Camp program will introduce you to a variety of strength and conditioning movements designed to engage several major muscle groups. You’ll work each muscle group several times a week and you won’t need a lot of recovery time. The class is a combination of body weight exercises & strength training. It will also fire up your metabolism for fat-burning. The emphasis of this course is on skill development, basic movements and safety.
As an added bonus, Fit Camp will prepare you for some of our group classes too. So, if you like the classes and you want to continue working on your fitness on after camp, you’ll have plenty of options here at CFE.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9:30-10:30 AM
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 7:00-8:00 PM
3 classes per week
12 classes total
$120 per person
