After joining CFE, they all have a few things in common – they love being part of the supportive community & they are seeing awesome results.
Ali started out at CFE in the Couch to CrossFit class and has made her way up to the regular CrossFit class. Her main goal is the get stronger and be the healthiest version on herself that she can be! She loves deadlifts, and continues to achieve her PRs.

John, a proud member, who started out as part of the CFE Lite crew, loves that we provide exercises to fit his specific needs. His main goal was to try and lose weight and since starting he is definitely seeing results. “To anybody who is interested in beginning CrossFit, do it. Just do it. You’re definitely going to feel sore for the first few days, but it is definitely worth it in the end!”
“I like the different types of workouts”
Thanks to a CFE flyer handed out by her apartment complex, Jill has become a very dedicated member in a very short time! She LOVES anything that has to do with weightlifting! Her favorite WODs are ones that don’t involve burpees. CFE has made her feel very welcomed from day 1 and she plans on continuing with us to achieve her weight loss goal. Way to go Jill! “It’s fun and the workout is always different..and the people aren’t bad either”
After searching the web, Steve found that CFE was the most convenient location. A friend recommended he try CrossFit, and at first he thought “no way” but look at him now! He doesn’t have a favorite workout yet, but finds them all to be equally challenging. He plans to lose 40lbs and is happy to announce that he has already lost 10! #tryityoulllikeit

After several recommendations from friends, Aswin decided it was time to find out what all the fuss was about. Once trying CrossFit, he was hooked!
