About Coach

Coach Kevin coaches both our kids & adult programs. Kevin loves fitness and anything with a challenge. Kevin has been coaching fitness for the past 6+ years and was a firefighter/paramedic in Natick MA from 1993-2012. A secret about Kevin is that he loves sweets and desserts just like anyone else, but his favorite treat is an Italian cookie called the pizzelle. Kevin’s favorite exercises are anything that involves a kettlebell! He states, “My favorite exercises are those that involve kettlebells. They can be used for a primary workout, endurance and conditioning, mobility work, or as accessory movements for the big lifts like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and OLY lifts”
