Check out our 55+ senior fitness classes! These are a low impact conditioning classes for all levels.  We use a variety of movements to stimulate muscle strength and growth – regardless of age. You’ll see improvement in range of motion that will help with daily living activities.

Our coaches are here to help you every step of the way. We introduce each movement and help each person figure out what the best movement is for you to get the best results. Expect a fun workout in a very welcoming environment. This is a great place to make some new friends too!

  • Increase muscle strength for daily activities.

  • Work on balance, stability, coordination, mobility and flexibility.

  • All skills are adaptable. All levels welcome.

When: Tuesday and Thursdays from 10:00AM – 11:00AM (Classes are 60 minutes)
